Grant Administrator
Nick Haffner manages TBF’s diverse portfolio of federal, state, and private grants, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and supporting financial tracking, reporting, and budgeting. He works closely with TBF leadership, program staff, and external partners to oversee subcontracting processes, maintain internal accounting controls, and coordinate grant closeouts and audits. Nick has experience managing grants at the federal level with USAID and over five years of working with various nonprofit organizations. He has extensive knowledge of Office of Management and Budget federal regulations and nonprofit financial administration, and holds a master’s degree in International Educational Development from Columbia University with a focus on nonprofit management. Outside of work, Nick enjoys trail running, camping, and hiking.
