Terah Morales

Terah Morales is an Aquarist and Life Support Technician supporting The Bay Foundation’s Ocean Resilience Program. Her work focuses on husbandry care for the White Abalone Recovery Program, preparing individual abalone for successful outplanting. Prior to working at The Bay Foundation, Terah worked at the Aquarium of the Pacific in the Northern Pacific and Southern California galleries as an Associate Aquarist. She currently also works as an Aquarist at the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium. She received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy with a minor in Biology from California State University, Long Beach, where she also worked as a lab technician with larval California grunion. Terah is passionate about marine conservation and brings extensive hands-on animal care experience, along with involvement in numerous native plant habitat restoration projects.
